Author Guidelines
It’s finally here. It’s your turn to submit to a journal with authority and impact.
Our Mission
We are interested in platforming the most important discussions surrounding your research, experience in industry, or academics. Articles should be focused on the hidden aspects of science and technology that you have uncovered while working in the field. We’d like to hear about the ethics, economics, or eccentricities that only you know, that need to be shared. Your submission should be your original thoughts, but don’t disclose your Nobel worthy data.
AI Use Policy
JUNC is built on knowledge that can only come from the lived experience of its authors. AI writing tools may be used for grammar and structure.
The ideas, observations, and voice must be your own.
Submissions that are substantially AI-generated will not be considered. By submitting you confirm that the content reflects your original thought.
Document Requirements
500-1,200 words.
Submit a Microsoft Word document.
Include 1-2 figures with captions.
Use numbered in-text citations and include the full reference list. Just like this (1).

Submission Standards and Editorial Policy
All submissions must reflect a commitment to respectful, evidence-based, and constructive discourse. Content containing hate speech, discriminatory language, or advocacy of harm or exclusion based on identity (including but not limited to race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, or disability) will not be considered for publication.
JUNC retains full editorial authority over all submissions. The editorial team reserves the right to edit for clarity, tone, and length; to request revisions; and to decline or remove content that does not meet the journal’s standards or mission.
You know our mission, now tell us yours.
